Sun’s Out, Guns Out!

The warm weather has arrived and it’s time to put all those winter chaturangas to good use. Join Julie & Damian this Sunday for our first AcroJam of the summer.

New comers to AcroYoga are encouraged. We’ll open the afternoon with instruction on the basics of AcroYoga in all three roles – base, flyer, and spotter. Experienced practitioners are welcome to participate in this fundamental training or break off together to work on more advanced skills.

The rest of the afternoon will be unstructured play with Julie & Damian available to guide you in any way we can. Come full of ideas of what you’d like to attempt and we’ll do our best to help you make it happen.

Sunday, May 26  3:30PM – 5:30PM

Constable Ezio Faraone Park (North End of High Level Bridge at the top of the Royal Glenora Stairs).

Suggested honorarium of $15/person. Bring a mat if you don’t want grass stains. No partner required.

Cash/Visa/MC only.
